If you middle-click on a tab with the ContentLoadURL option on, the tab isn't
closed but the URL in the clipboard is loaded. It doesn't matter on which tab
you click - the URL is loaded in the current tab, so it is useless.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open more than one tab and have ContentLoadURL on
2. Put URL in clipboard
3. Middle-click on a tab
Actual Results:
The URL was loaded in the current tab
Expected Results:
Closed the tab
I think it also appears in Mozilla Navigator

Somewhat related to bug 216899. However, it was decided in bug 171132 not to do
this. I don't particularly agree with this decision (see also bug 216861 comment
3) but there you go.
