Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bring up mail filter window
2. Double click any mail filter rule (to edit it)
3. Mozilla crashes every time
Please note this bug is similar to 220126, however the difference is Mozilla

This problem still occurs in current CVS (pulled last night at 22:15).
Confirming bug. However, since creating new filters is crashing entirely because
of Bug 222468, I am only able to reproduce this on a build from 2003/10/14 or
earlier.
