When loading mail with a second user profile, the message display pane jumps up
and down furiously until you minimize the window, select another running program
from the windows taskbar, or close mail.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an email user profile
2. Create a second profile
3. Start up mail with the second profile.

Actual Results:  
Mail message display pain jumps furiously

Expected Results:  
Not jumped.  

Thought it was a new theme, but I was able to replicate the problem with a
default theme.

I just tested this again.  This problem occurs with my mail profile/account as
well.  It happens just about everytime I start up Mail/News.  I'm running
Windows XP home.

Bug has been fixed in 1.5 builds, and will be in 1.4.1 as well.
