Yes, this is a duplicate of 213825 and has been corrected in Mozilla 1.5 and
Firebird 0.7, but still occurs in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0;
en-US; rv:1.4.1) Gecko/20031008

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit http://www1.scottsave.com/Scripts/Balances.dll?LogoutPage

Actual Results:  
Download manager popped up asking to download the server file "Balances.dll"

Expected Results:  
No download dialog prompting to download file.
