Launch mozilla. Select a sidebar panel. Close the sidebar, reopen it. The sidebar
content area is now empty. Clicking again on the header that should be visible
does nothing. Clicking on another header will show that panel. Open/close again
makes that one disappear as well.

I see this on Unix and Windows too. Is this a general layout issue? I will need
to make a simple test case.

Not sure if this is related, but when you open enough bookmark folders to cause
the scrollbar to appear in the sidebar, clicking on bookmarks causes them to
disappear. Once you cause the sidebar to repaint by resizing it or add/remove
something, you can see them all again.

Also, the scrollbar does not go away if you expand folders and then collapse
them again.
