Details

Ben will remove tooltips from the homepage for now because they are too big and have other problems. We can bring them back later if the accessibility case is made and the problems are addressed.

Bart, I don't see big tooltips in either the beta site or the old site. And I don't have access to cvs history of the beta site (whereever that is). Is this bug fixed or not?

I think I've mostly fixed this, but there are some remaining. Dawn says there are still some in the news article stuff generated from make-root.pl.
pretty sure this is fixed. dbaron says there may be a few stray ones left. file new bugs on those
