The layout os broken on the first page view, but reloading always corrects the
problem. I have noticed the same behavior on several diffent sites as of now and
believe this is a bug.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just open the web page at http://www.opengl.org to get bad result
2. Reload to correct the problem.
3.
Expected Results:
I am not 100% the page does not contain HTML errors, but it should at least be
consistent.
