Focus is not returned to the current form field even with an attempt to force this with JavaScript (no workaround found). Long forms with a submit button at the end are very annoying for users. A submit button in a separate frame makes a huge difference!!! The attached minimal test case demonstrates a bug in tab order (also found in Navigator 4) and hopefully helps to correct it.

bht@actrix.gen.nz, it sounds like you have found a problem, but bugs can only be fixed if a software engineer can reproduce and pinpoint the problem. Please refer to the Bug-writing Guidelines at http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-writing-guidelines.html for more guidance and provide the information requested there, especially including specific steps to reproduce, actual results, expected results, and the Build ID of the download you tested with. The bug template at http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-template.html is the best way to present this information. Thanks!
Cannot reproduce: The problem is fixed. Fantastic!!!
