Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Build Identifier: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.5/mozilla-win32-1.5-installer.exe After opening a page or image (either by starting the browser from scratch, or on a new tab, or in a new window) the content-part of the window will rapidly jump up and down by a couple of scanlines (this appears to happen at the maximum speed my hardware is capable of). I have reproduced this with locally loaded images as well as various websites. The problem occurs about 75% of the time I load a page or image, and sometimes goes away after I hit reload. The only part that is jumping is the actual "content", the window around it is rocksolid. The effect stops temporarily when I "grab" the window border and resize it slightly. It continues when I release the border. I have seen the problem in both Mozilla 1.5rc2 and Mozilla 1.5. I have not seen it in Mozilla 1.4. OS is Windows ME. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start Mozilla 1.5. 2. Open any page or image. The problem occurs occasionally. Actual Results: Page jumps up or down. Expected Results: Not jump up or down. This gives me a headache. Theme is "modern". I have not tested with the default theme.
