(http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/form.html) and fax it the number noted on the
page. Please ping me via email when you do this as I am not located in the same
place as the Fax Machine.

If you want CVS write access you will have to get 3 SRs to post their approval
in this bug.

I vouch for Saul Edwards.  Saul will be working on NSS
and therefore doesn't need super-reviewer approval.  (See
http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/reviewers.html#what-code-needs-super-review.)
His checkins will be limited to the mozilla/security directory.
