Once a new tab is opened, the contents of the page (not title bars) "bounce" and
"jitter" up and down, along with the scroll bar on the right. On the page I'm
typing on now, this is happening, with the exception of the green "select a
componet ... " text, which is rock steady. Maybe that'll help in your analyst.
I'll most likely be reinstalling Moz1.5rc2 since that was a lot more stable.

1. Start Mozilla
2. Open Tab
3. Ta da

Actual Results:
