Why is the a duplicate? The other bug is about a download, this is about selecting something in a preferences pane.

Paul: Before a major release the trunk (development builds) is "frozen" and a separate branch is created. The branch is then tested (alpha and beta releases). At the same time, the trunk builds are developed further (new features etc, more risky development). The fix for bug 213639 was checked in on the trunk after the 1.5 branch was created. But it was never checked in on the 1.5 branch. So even if your branch build is created after the fix you'll still experience the problem. But if you download a nightly build (ie a trunk build) the problem should be resolved. Bug 213639 might sound different, but the crashing due to the linkage issue happened not just when trying to download. But I'm gonna dupe this bug against bug 219726 which is resolved as worksforme (probably because of the fix for bug 213639). Feel free to reopen the bug if you still see the problem in a nightly build. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 219726 ***
