Steps to reproduce:
1. In Profile Manager (called with mozilla -installer)choose NEW to create new
profile
2. In CreateProfileWizard, choose cancel
Actual results: Return to ProfileManager, select profile, button and crash
File referenced in GPF invalid page fault is GKHTML.DLL
Expected results: Return to ProfileManager and select a profile or choose othe
selection (new,rename,delete) and proceed
Win95,98,NT only Mac and Linux are ok

I could not reproduce this with NT4 using 1999122109-M13.

This just showed up today on the M12 final build as noted. I am not seeing on
M13 builds either. I can reproduce at will unfortunately.

I can't dup this on Linux with 2000010409. Is it still happening anywhere
else? If so, I think it's a dup of an existing bug about events following the
close of a dialog.

This only happens on Windows for me, NT and 95
I attached a dr. watson log that got created on NT. Hope it helps-
It is trivial-after cancel, click on wizard window to select another profile-and
you will crash.
