Page cannot be scrolled upwards by selecting text.

Have tested on Firebird 0.7 and Mozilla 1.3.1, both show same problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Scroll to the bottom of the page.
2.Select some text and move the mouse to the top of the screen.

Actual Results:  
Page did not scroll up.

Expected Results:  
The page should be scrolled upwards.

Possibly bug 207850?  If so, dupe forward since it has a broken URL.

Yes, same as bug 207850. That bug is also filed in the wrong component. How do I 
dupe forward?
