Details
Despite the summary, this is a browser bug. I think it might have to do with
POSTDATA. It was when trying to order a Mozilla 1.5 CD.
1) I proceeded with checkout, and I entered a different address for shipping and
billing but accidentally clicked to use the same address.
2) I clicked back and lost everything on the form.

Which version of Mozilla did you use? 1.4, 1.4.1, 1.5a,b, release? Trunk?

Sorry, I was using 1.4
I don't know enough about how forms work to determine if this is a dupe. Could
an expire header have caused this? Is this by design?
