The autoscroll feature will in some instances paste the clipboard contents when
the middle button is released.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Middle click, drag outside of the autoscroll circle, release (this pastes)
2. Afterwards, try middle click-hold and drag.   After 1. (above) this will also
paste.


Actual Results:  
Middle click drag in this instance will paste the clipboard contents.

Expected Results:  
Middle click drag should only move the webpage, not paste the contents of the
clipboard.

This is from a stock Firebird 0.7 installation, nothing out of the ordinary.
