Often the favicon color is completely off and/or the icon seems horizontally
shifted. On other sites such as mozilla.org the icon display correctly (in
another tab of the same session).

1. Go to http://www.onlinecontest.org/ or http://www.wikipedia.org/
2. compare icon with same in other browser.

Max: is this still a problem with recent builds (with 1.7 or 1.8b)?  If you load
a favicon directly (http://en.wikipedia.org/favicon.ico), does it look ok?
