I click Bookmarks and expand anything under that, say "Bookmarks Toolbar
Folder," and right click on the expanded menu.  After the new menu drops down, I
click away from it to cancel.  After doing this, if I try to return to
"Bookmarks Toolbar Folder," the menu will no longer expand.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click Bookmarks on the toolbar.
2.Select any folder to expand.
3.Right click anywhere on the newly expanded menu.
4.Click away from the drop down menu to cancel.
5.Return to boomarks menu and try to expand the same folder.
Actual Results:  
Folder won't expand under bookmarks menu.

Expected Results:  
Folder should expand under bookmarks menu.
