If the user has changed the text size, there is a good chance he wants to keep it on the next page he goes to. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open any site with a link on it. 2. Increase/decrease text size (Ctrl++ or Ctrl+-) a few times. 3. Open the link in a new tab (or in a new window). Actual Results: Text in the new tab/window is default size. Expected Results: Text of the new tab/window should be same size as the originating tab/window.
