Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install Windows 98 in a formatted partition 2.Install Mozilla 1.5 3.Mozilla tries to start up and crashes Actual Results: There are no problems installing in Windows 98SE.

Same goes for Firefox (1.0). When first installing Internet Explorer 6 and run Windows Update, accepting all updates, both firefox and mozilla install and run.
