User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007

The text in the URL bar cannot be navigated using the sursor keys or the home/end keys. Mouse clicking works. This problem is also in form text boxes, like the one this text is being typed into.

Also, copy, cut & paste options are not available in the context menu nor do the appropriate keyboard shortcuts work.

May be related to bug #214810, altho that is firebird and os/2.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20031020
Home&eEnd are both working, tested with the separate keys above cursor pad as
with the keys in the number pad.
Left/right are working too, but up/down not.
Up and Down don´t react on first keypress, but on second they are going back a
URL. after that, they are not-working. Right/left, or Home/end are still working.
Summary: URL bar is not navigable using cursor home/end → URL bar is not navigable using cursor home/end
Checked with latest nightly, 2003102004 I think it was, and worked fine.
Reinstalled 1.5 back and, surprise, it is now working fine as well.
WFM using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031216

How could this WinXP bug in an October build be a duplicate of an OS/2-only bug
fixed in August?
