Ctrl+Shift+C is listed as the shortcut for Message|Mark|All Read, but doesn't
seem to perform any function at all.  The menu item works, as do the context
menu selections "Mark Folder Read" and "Mark Newsgroup Read".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a newsgroup or mail folder with unread messages.
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+C.
Actual Results:  
Unread messages remain in "unread" state.

Expected Results:  
Unread messages should be set to "Read" state.
according to bug 216677, this is a dupe of bug 186798

oops I misstyped the dupe in the comment, (copy/paste broke again in Firebird),
but the actual dupe is correct.
