Whenever I access a Hebrew website (i.e., news.walla.co.il, www.maariv.co.il,
etc.) the language of the keyboard automatically switches to Hebrew as well when
I click in a page that conatins Hebrew text.  If I want to switch to Hebrew, I
should do that manually, and the browser should not assume that I want to type
in Hebrew when all I want to do is read the news.  If it should be allowed to
automatically switch, then it should only be for specific parts of the browser,
i.e. the page, and not the navigation window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to news.walla.co.il
2. Once loaded, click in part of page that contains Hebrew text
3. Try to change URL to some other URL using the keyboard- you will notice that
Hebrew characters are being typed.

Actual Results:  
As described previously.

Expected Results:  
Automatically switched back to English or remained in English
