I'd like to see an enhancement to thunderbird to make it easier to reply to long
messages. Eudora has a nice feature that when you're reading an email if you
select a certain section of text and then hit the reply button when the compose
message window comes up it quotes ONLY the text that you selected.

In some messages that are quite lengthy and it's not worth it to quote the entry
message in the reply this strategy would really save time. It's quite a handy
feature in Eudora and I would imagine it wouldn't be too hard to implement.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Read an incoming message
2. Select some text, for example the first paragraph
3. Hit the reply button

Actual Results:
A new reply was started with the entire body of the reply message quoted.

Expected Results:
A new reply would be started with ONLY the text selected in the previous windows
quoted.
Summary: Allow user to select text to reply to. → Allow user to select text to reply to and only quote that text in the reply
