223101 - printing this page resulted in only the first displayed part of the page being printed

When I try to print this page, only the first page worth of it gets printed. 
that is it gets down to the line where it says "vehicle is wrecked or been
issued a salvage certificate, make" and that is the only page printed.  

The bottom left hand corner says "1 of 1".

Printing to a file gives the same results - only the first page. 


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit url given
2. click "print" in file menu 
3. watch printer
4. wait for page two
5. repeat step 4 

Actual Results:  
only one page printed

Expected Results:  
printed about 5 pages (konqueror printed 5 pages though the last was very short)

Not Firebird specific.  Same thing happens in print/print preview with Mozilla
1.5 milestone PC/Win2K
->Browser/Printing
