Headers are not printed in second and subsequent pages when THEAD height is
greater than certain amount in pixels. This amount changes slightly with the OS
and the browser:
- With Windows 2000 and Mozilla 1.5, works fine until about 250 pixels.
- With Windows 2000 and Firebird 0.6.1, works fine until about 260 pixels.
- With Debian and Firebird 0.7, works fine until about 220 pixels.
You can check this using 'Print Preview' function.
In addition, when it works fine, top margin is slightly smaller in second and
subsequent pages as you can see using 'Print Preview'...


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In 'http://demos.idbe.net/thead' you have some test pages with diferent heights.
2.Open some test pages.
3.Use "Print Preview" with the pages.

Actual Results:  
You can see in some cases headers are printed well, and in other cases headers
are not printed in second and subsequent pages.

Expected Results:  
All pages should have exactly the same header when you print them.

I see this on LInux 2003110305 when I loaded the 250px version.

Attachment: thead with style="height:232px" repeats fine on every page

This renders correctly on Print Preview. independently of the top and bottom
margins.
