what the... projects/ is locked too? catalog/ is locked, and start/ is locked.
Just how many directories are locked? Dawn, I think it's counter productive to
entrust people with cvs account and then lock so many things. Can you unlock
these directories?

This html file is based on Bart's version. It's now in HTML4 strict and
cleaner.

awesome!  thanks myk and daniel! I just tweaked to the page and linked to it
from the projects page.
