This bug only occurs when the mail window is full (>23 messages) and only when
the Message Pane is not selected. The bottom 2 messages displayed in the window
(not necessarily the last 2 messages in the mailbox) cannot be dragged to a
folder. They remain in the window. They cannot be dragged singly or together.
Usually this action just fails, but sometimes a crash occurs - see Talkback ID
TB24684968G. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select folder with >23 messages.
2.Close Message Pane if open.
3.Select last message in window.
4.Drag to folder.

Actual Results:  
Message remained in window.

Expected Results:  
Moved message to new folder.

This is probably a 10.1.x bug. Doesn't occur in 10.3 Panther.

There are probably very few people still using Mozilla with 10.1.x. So, in
situations like this, what happens if no-one else notices/confirms the bug and
all the developers are working with the latest OS and cannot reproduce the bug?
