Details

Used to be able to cut, copy and paste with keyboard shortcuts (CTRL+X, CTRL+C, and CTRL+V). These are broken with M12 on Win98.
Correction: Only CTRL+C is broken

I don't know. I saw that bug, but it didn't mention not being able to copy anywhere in Mozilla at all. I thought that was just an issue specific to certain HTML (like 4.X has). I am talking about nothing copying, not even the text in the URL bar.

Appears to be fixed in 1999122208. Will mark WORKSFORME as soon as I test it a bit more to make sure its OK.

It's been broken in the browser window since January. Sending to Saari as yet another dup of the zillions of bugs on this.

It keeps bouncing back and forth between working and not. It has toggled at least 4 times since I filed this bug.
