The tabbed bookmarks do not follow the browser window when you have enabled
monitor spanning on Panther (10.3) using Firebird 0.7.1. Every time you click on
a tabbed bookmark, the bookmarks appear on the original monitor instead of the
second one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firebird 0.7.1 with monitor spanning enabled on Panther 
2. Drag browser to second monitor 
3. Click on a bookmark tab entry.
Actual Results:  
The list of bookmarks will appear on the original monitor instead of following
the browser on the next monitor.


Expected Results:  
Follow the list of bookmarks wherever the browser is.

This might be a dupe, there's a number of scattered bugs on multihead OS X issues.

Adding qawanted, until someone buys me a Mac with multiple displays.

Tried Mozilla 1.6 and it does not exhibit the same problem. Mozilla 1.6 works properly.
