User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20031010 Debian/1.4-6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20031010 Debian/1.4-6 After a certain amount of time running Mozilla (lots of opening of new tabs, windows, etc.), it will develop a problem with focus. When switching from one Mozilla window to another (alt-tab), the focus will be left on the old window and no keyboard navigation or hotkeys will work - UNTIL the mouse is used to click on the displayed window, or the down arrow key is pressed. After one of these two corrective measures, all keyboard navigation and hotkeys work normally. Sometimes when the focus is left on the old window, all keystrokes will be used on the old window (this is really fun with ctrl-w :-P ), but sometimes not. The focus issue only seems to occur when switching from Mozilla windows to other Mozilla windows. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: Never after a fresh Mozilla is started; after a while something changes and the issue presents itself.
After some additional playing around, I've discovered that the buggy state only exists for a single window. Other windows receive the focus fine. If I close the "bad" window, the problem goes away until it crops up another time.
In a seemingly related bug: http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2003/12/03/1070351652597.html Viewing this page causes the scroll wheel not to work, until after a few down arrow keypresses.
