If I create a new List, then start manually entering email addresses, the
interface only allows me to enter 11, as there are only 11 spaces.  After
clicking on 'OK', and re-opening the interface, I can add one more, as there is
now a scrollbar and one extra blank space.  It is a tedious process having to
close and reopen the interface anytime I wish to add a new address.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Address Book
2. Click 'New List'
3. enter 12 address, whoa, you can't... enter 11
4. Click 'OK'
5. Re-open the list and add two addresses, whoa, you can't... enter 1
6. repeat
Actual Results:  
Had to reopen the interface anytime I wish to add another address.

Expected Results:  
There should be some UI functionality that allows for an unlimited number of
addresses to be entered in one session

If you press enter after adding each name, a new line is created when you reach
the end.

But it does need to be made clearer.

20 years later, we are down to 6 visible addresses, and users who don't know the Enter trick may still get stuck.
Making the dialog resizable per bug 1773295 may help to alleviate this somewhat.
