Any email I send that is Encrypted (Im using Thawte Certs from different users
to test) ends up Hanging at some point in the progress dialog (random spots) and
I have to CANCEL to get out of it ... 

NOTE:  I am using COMCAST SMTP Server

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new message to person with whom you share Thawte Certs (I only use
thwate, so I cannot verify on others)
2. Send mail


Actual Results:  
Message hangs on send dialog box and I have to cancel out and turn off Encryption

Expected Results:  
Message should send and save just fine

Tested on Work SMTP Servers with same build on WinXP ... Same result .. 
Also, tried using different Certs (just in case one had been corrupted) ... Same
result..
