(Mainly Chinese, The Chinese Traditional/Simplify Encoding problem) As I'm using a localized version of Mozilla, And with some footer (with Traditional Chinese). When replying some English message, the composition will Set the message to be ISO-8859-1 Encoing Which is always causing Problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Expected Results: I think mozilla should Make a reply Encoding so that it is Force to reply with the "Customized" Encoding. (For my Case, it is UTF-8) So that everybody can read the message.
