When I save an image from Phoenix, it would be nice if I could save it as a
different type of image, or at least a raw bitmap. If Moz has to decode it and
spit it into a screen buffer it should be simple enough to get any sort of image
to save as a .bmp.

It would make life easier for those of us who pull images down for editing, it
would save us an extra step of conversion, and it's a feature 'the best browser
in the world' should have.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find pretty picture on web.
2. right-click, save image as...
3. savebox displays with 'type' field

Actual Results:
Image can only be saved in the format it's recieved in.

Expected Results:
'Type' of format to save as should include original format, and at LEAST .bmp or
.tiff formats.
