Build 1999122109M13: NT4, Linux/Redhat 6.0, Mac 8.5.1

Overview: Go to Account Settings, Copies and Folders, click onto a button to
choose a folder from the cascading menu and notice that all the folders appear
with an underline.

Additional Information:
- From the main menu select Message|Copy or Message|Move to view folders and
they do not display the underlines.

a valid bug, but low priority, marking m16
Build 1999122109M13: NT4 and Mac for POP, Local and IMAP accounts are displaying
underlines. Linux does not display underlines for any accounts.
