It is the same bug like in Mozilla 1.4. I have reported this bug for Mozilla
1.4, but there's nothing doing :-( I have to use still Mozilla 1.3 because it is
the last Mozilla that work right.

Details: Mozilla since ver 1.4 does not accept manual proxy configuration. I
work on Proxy server (Mozilla too :-) and I need manual proxy configuration.
Mozilla does not accept it. And I can not connect to the net.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reinsntall old version
2. Mozilla can not connect to the internet.
3. I repeated it with uninstall and install new version, reset and with out
reset ...

Actual Results:  
Mozilla can not connect it self to the net

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should connect to the net !?!
