Minor update. patch coming. I'm reluctant to change develoepr docs w/o checking w/ at least one person.

Since this is a policy document you're proposing to change, CCing some people who deal with it.
Yes, this can be changed. The two references to "even Netscape employees" and the note about Netscape employees using the NPL can all go away.

I left the NPL comment in there, just in case someone has a stale @netscape.com cvs account. Should a bug asking "what the heck does NPL do post-CPD?" be created?

ben, mozilla.org rules require all code be checked in as MPL/GPL/LGPL and AOL agreed to relicense all NPL code in SeaMonkey as MPL so we're completely free from NPL. It's gone, completely.
...and the licensing docs on the website will soon be updated to reflect this fact. Gerv
I thought this was checked in, but it wasn't, so now it is. I removed the NPL refs, and the link to NPL. Someone who understands licences might want to go back and put a new link that goes to MPL (or however this should be handled).
