Since this is a policy document you're proposing to change, CCing some people
who deal with it.

Yes, this can be changed. The two references to "even Netscape employees" and
the note about Netscape employees using the NPL can all go away.
stolenclover updated this on Nov 3, but I'm going to update per Asa's comments.
I left the NPL comment in there, just in case someone has a stale @netscape.com
cvs account.
Should a bug asking "what the heck does NPL do post-CPD?" be created?

ben, mozilla.org rules require all code be checked in as MPL/GPL/LGPL and AOL
agreed to relicense all NPL code in SeaMonkey as MPL so we're completely free
from NPL. It's gone, completely.

...and the licensing docs on the website will soon be updated to reflect this fact.

I thought this was checked in, but it wasn't, so now it is.
I removed the NPL refs, and the link to NPL.
Someone who understands licences might want to go back and put a new link that
goes to MPL (or however this should be handled).
