mozilla/mail/base/content/hiddenWindow.xul has ^M as linebreaks and
breaks thus the compile of thunderbird for me on Solaris

*sigh* one day I'd like to know why every time I touch a file and add a
pre-processor to it, the file picks up ctrl-m's.
