User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20031102 Firebird/0.7+ firebird crashes, if i close a browser-windows with opened an embedded pdf (adobe reade 6.0).. systemload up to 100%.. have to kill the process manually Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.installing firebird 0.7+ 2.installing adobe reader 6.0 3.open a pdf (from webserver) and close browserwindow Expected Results: fix this
The Acrobat plug-in works just fine for me. The only complain is that while the pdf still loads it's very sluggish (but then again it does the same with IE so I doubt it's a mozilla/firebird bug)
Summary: crash if I have opened a pdf (embedded adobe reader 6.0) and close the browser. → crash if I have opened a pdf (embedded adobe reader 6.0) and close the browser.
I have duplicated the bug described in 224550.
I removed adobe reader 6.0, reinstalled 5 but I still occasionally get a frozen browser - note: my mouse can freeze too - patience wins - upto 10 minutes wait and the browser recovers - sometimes I kill acrord32.exe, but there's still a delay before recovering.
