The most common thing I do with a tabbed page is close it.
My instinct is to right click.
It would save mouse miles to close without hunting the tiny 'X'
(or scanning all tabs to see which is this page then right clicking.)
This would be for me the most used item on the context menu.

hmm...i would recommend WONTFIX. 

The item is already in the context menu of the tab, there's a shortcut key combo
to close a tab and there's the X on the toolbar to close tabs.

Plus the current PAGE context menu is already too large, especially if the page
contains Frames.

Plus in the naming you use, you already indicate it's the wrong place. Because
it's called a CONTEXT menu. And a TAB context is a different context than a tab
context.
