When having a saved page one might want to visit the originating URL to check
whether the page has changed, etc. Therefor it would be great to have the
originating URL included in the saved page.

For example Internet Explorer does that by adding a line like:

<!-- saved from
url=(0077)http://orf.at/index.html?url=http%3A//orf.at/ticker/129133.html%3Ftmp%3D18315
-->
