Basically, the color and graphics version of yahoo mail does not seem to be
compatible with mozilla firebird.  The tool bar just doesn't show up which means
I can't use any emoticons.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.sign in to yahoo mail
2.click the compose tab
3.you will see when the new compose page opens, that there is no tool bar for
the color & graphics version of yahoo mail

Actual Results:  
no tool bar appeared (complete with emoticons, hyperlink, etc.)

Expected Results:  
opened the tool bar

this isn't a bug in Firebird.  Yahoo doesn't give Firebird the toolbar source
(which is written via a Javascript function if you look at the source IE gets)

If Yahoo is choosing to not provide that toolbar to Firebird, you may want to
inquire as to why.
