Had folder as a holder for two sub-folders and the holder had no mail contents.
Upon import the sub-folders and the holder were missing. I moved the two folders
from under the holder and re-imported; this worked. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create the holder/sub folder structure in Outloook
2. Rum Mail import from Outlook
3.

Actual Results:  
No holder foler nor sub-folders created and no mail messages from the
sub-folders came in.

Expected Results:  
Expected that the Import would have duplicated the structure and brough in the
contents.
