When I open any file on my local hard disk, it opens in Mozilla Composer instead
of Mozilla Navigator... It's strange, because Mozilla Navigator runs fine, but
then all local file opens in Composer instead... How do I change this behaviour?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save a HTML file to the local hard disk.
2. Set Mozilla as your default browser
3. Click on the HTML file to open it, it opens in Mozilla Composer instead of
Navigator

Actual Results:  
It opens the file in Mozilla Composer

Expected Results:  
It should have opened the file in Mozilla Navigator

It happens both on the Modern and Classic theme.

Look into Edit->Preferences->Appearance
Maybe you selected Composer to open when Mozilla starts.

In Internet Explorer, click TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS - tab PROGRAMS, the setting
for HTML editor is probably MOZILLA.

Since you're not running a web server,the page is not _served_ [but like any
other file] opened by windows for _editing_...hence composer.

Right-click the file - OPEN WITH - Mozilla does the trick.

Or in Mozilla a file open.

I'm not sure though if this is by design, so leaving this bug open for someone
else to say the word about that.

It seems that it happens after Firebird is set as default browser... I set 
Mozilla to open with navigator by default, and IE's default word editor is 
Microsft Word.
