Clicking the print button in the toolbar does not open the print dialog box for
selecting printer, printer options, beginning print job

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From any site, click Print button
2. Nothing happens



Expected Results:  
Print dialog should open as it does when selecting Print from File menu

This did not happen under 0.7.1. May revert til it is fixed -- it's irritating.
