Kevin Gerich ([e-mail]), author of the Pinstripe theme for Firebird,
needs CVS access to maintain and improve the theme after it becomes the default
theme for Firebird on MacOS X in 0.8. I will vouch for Kevin's work. Hyatt also
endorses this.

return it to me via fax?

I tried to fax the form last night but it rang and didn't pick up. Has the
number changed? I used 650.903.0875.

Kevin: That is the correct fax number. For some reason at certain times people
are having difficulty getting thru to that number. Why don't you try one more
time, if you don't succeed I will provide an alternative number to send it to.
Just so you know, I don't work out of the office where the fax machine is, so I
have to check with someone else to see when the faxes arrive.
