This page reloads repeatedly upon viewing.  The page will finish loading, then
it will disappear and reload again.  And again.  And again.  This makes the
newspaper site unreadable.

I believe this problem is related to Windows 2000 service pack 4 (or perhaps
some other security patches I applied).  The problem does not appear when I use
the same software on my unpatched Windows 2000 SP2 machine.  Perhaps this is
Microsoft sabotage?

This problem shows up in Mozilla v1.4, 1.5, 1.6a.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Ensure all security patches have been installed on windows 2000, and SP4
2.Open site http://heraldsun.news.com.au/
3.

Actual Results:  
The site loaded, and then a few seconds later, disappeared and reloaded.  This
happened repeatedly.

Expected Results:  
The site should have loaded, and then remained stable on the screen.

I have windows 2000 SP4 with all security patches installed.
I have IE 6.0.2800.1106 (SP1).

Couldn't reproduce immedeately. However, I noticed the source includes the line
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="0600">, perhaps this is a dupe of/related to
bug 187512 or bug 184263? Also, the contains some IE-only JavaScript.

Bug 184263 seems to describe this situation.  Reporter of this bug experienced
problems going from SP2 to SP4, and reporter of bug 184263 experiences problems
with SP3.  

I think bug 187512 should also be duped to bug 184263, but I'll let somebody
else do that, since both of those bugs have multiple commenters.
