I don't know if this is a bug or a temporary rendering glitch, but when I just
filed a bug, the text in the Severity selector displayed only partially. It got
rendered up until "Normal: it's a bug tha".
Actually, I just scrolled down, and it's doing it again. When I change the
value, or even merely roll out the values, it appears to be fixed.
Reproducible: Sometimes
