The Help Viewer lacks a scroll down button. I have tried this will more than
one theme, in case that was the cause. I think that's about it.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Help/For Internet Explorer Users
(or bring up any help window longer than one window height.)

I'm not seeing this, but I also don't have access to a MacOS computer.
danm, do you have access to a MacOS computer? Can you do a quick favor for me
and confirm this bug if you can reproduce? I remember Daniel telling me he
doesn't have access to a MacOS system long ago.
the problem is that the grow widget from the os is on top of the scrollbar,
this is a generic problem. the easiest fix is to use a statusbar.
